27.5% (Virgin Islands Government Hotel Room Tax, Energy Charge and Service Charge) are additional to all rates. Rates are per room, double occupancy. A third person sharing adds $25 per night. Included in rates: welcome breakfast basket, use of snorkel gear, beach towels, welcome rum tasting.  
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in 3 p.m., check-out 11 a.m.

DEPOSIT: 50% CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit is forfeit if cancelled within seven days of arrival April 16 through December 22, 14 days of arrival December 23 through April 15, and 21 days of arrival during Holiday periods.
