All of our individual villas are privately owned. Our personnel therefore represent not only the Pavilions and Pools but all the owners who heartily wish you enjoy your stay here. Many of our staff and management have been with us for years and you will discover that each one is dedicated to your comfort and enjoyment.
Most services happen automatically, but guests need only ask to find each and every staff member willing to go the extra step, something that only happens at a small and intimate vacation spot. More than staff, these people will become your friends, making you want to return year after year.

Maintenance Technician
Carlton can be one of the quietest ones on the staff, but don’t let that fool you. The pools and villas are maintained on a daily basis under his supervision. If your villa is in need of anything, please let the front desk know and Carlton will see it's done.
Pavilions and Pools maintains a staff of housekeepers, maintenance, and grounds people who do the necessary work, quietly and in the background. All cleaning, maintenance, and laundry is done on premises. We pride ourselves on the longevity of the people who make up the family at Pavilions and Pools and welcome you to meet the staff.
