Our Policies


For our Nightly Rates:

  • A deposit of three (3) nights room charge will secure your reservation. Pavilions and Pools must receive your deposit within fourteen (14) days of the date the reservation is booked.
  • Cancellation notice must be received twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival for a full refund. A minimum notice of forty-eight (48) hours is required for departure earlier than the date reserved.
  • Any person(s) causing damage to property, furniture, fixtures, or any other items will be billed the cost of repair/replacement, plus a 50% labor fee.

For our Romance Packages:

  • Full payment must be received twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation notice must be received twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival for a full refund.
  • VI government tax is included.
  • Incidental charges not specifically included in the honeymoon package descriptions are: Customs fees and lunch for the day excursion to the British Virgin Islands and gratuities.
  • Please bring your Passport or Birth Certificate and Picture ID if you plan to visit the British Virgin Islands.
  • Rates, packages and taxes are subject to change without notice.

For Everything Else:

  • Illicit/illegal activities (such as illegal drug use) on property is prohibited.
  • Please be respectful of your neighboring villas regarding noise and music levels, especially on your deck and pool areas.
